You must give your body adequate time to repair itself, and to regenerate Happy Messengers. If you are having symptoms of OVERSTRESS:

Fatigue
Aches and pains
Anxiety
Problems sleeping
Lack of enjoyment of life
Depression

Give your body a chance to heal itself.

Every morning make a list of things that you want to ge done... THEN, CUT OFF THE BOTTOM HALF OF THIS LIST!
